Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will require a quote for shipping.
SHIPPING & POLICY
Bikes are shipped freight from Jacksonville, FL warehouse, if your address is residential the freight company will contact you a few days prior to the delivery date noted. Please answer calls from unknown numbers as it will only delay your delivery. Call once you get the number and setup a date/time as to when they can deliver, it'll ensure a simple delivery and no waiting. Bikes are shipped freight and require signature, no exceptions as we're dealing with a bit of money per order.
We offer a 10-day return policy. Unopened boxes can be returned but will incur a 15% restocking fee, opened boxes will incur a 25% restocking fee plus shipping costs. Please send an email with your order details/reason for return and wait for RMA.
The returned merchandise must be in its original condition and accompanied by a copy of the original receipt included in your order, as well as the RMA number; otherwise the return will not be honored.
Original condition means that there are no scratches, marks or blemishes on the product and the security tags are still attached. The product must not have been sized or altered in any way.
Bulk orders through the website may be cancelled as we see fit, credit card fees are very high and we may move your order from the site/credit card to ACH. We try to allocate units to everyone and not just one person or entity.
Shipments may take a few days to leave the warehouse and possibly a few more days to actually receive a tracking number for freight orders. Please be patient as we're working hard on getting orders out and in your hands.
- Damaged Box or Damaged Product: If you receive damaged or incorrect item(s), contact a Customer Support no later than 2 business days of receipt of your shipment to make the necessary corrections. If there is extensive damage to the box, refuse delivery contact Customer Support.
- Refusal of Delivery: If a package is refused for delivery, outside of arriving damaged or in a damaged box, the customer will be responsible for actual shipping cost incurred by BuilteBikes.com. Once we receive the package back in our warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original form of payment for the purchase price(s) minus the shipping cost of shipping the package to you.
- Incorrect Shipping Address Provided: Packages that are returned because of an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charge. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion. Requests for packages to be reshipped will be subject to a reshipping fee. If the package is returned and customer has not contacted a customer support the order will then be refunded back to the original form of payment.
- Pre-orders: Will be charged in full at the time of the order, if a cancellation is needed at anytime we can process the refund right away.
REFUSAL OF DELIVERY
If a package is refused for delivery, the customer will be responsible for actual shipping charges incurred by BuilteBikes.com. Once we receive the package back in our warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost of shipping the package. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion. The purpose of this is to defray unnecessary shipping costs and to allow us to offer the lowest prices possible. This does not apply to packages that appear to be damaged in shipping.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS PROVIDED

The purpose of this is to defray unnecessary shipping costs and to allow us to offer the lowest prices possible. Shipping times do not include the day the order ships. This does not apply to delays caused by acts beyond BuilteBikes.com's control, such as acts Meteor Strikes, Zombie Invasion, etc. BuilteBikes.com reserves the right to cancel or suspend this offer should a computer virus, unauthorized intervention or other cause corrupt the integrity or the proper conduct of the offer. BuilteBikes.com reserves the right to disqualify any order found to be disrupting the operation of the offer or website.
ADULT SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY.
Any/all orders that are over the value of $500 dollars will automatically include an adult signature required upon delivery. If you have an order that is under $500 dollars and wish to have adult signature requirements applied you must request, and an additional $5 will be added to your order. If you do have an order over the value of $500 and you wish to not have the signature option applied you must submit a written consent via email explaining that you understand that BuilteBikes will no longer be liable for loss/theft or any other possible incident that may occur during, after or upon delivery.
INCIDENTS DURING SHIPPING/TRANSIT
Once the package has left the BuilteBikes warehouse and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, BuilteBikes will no longer be held liable for any incident that may occur during transit.

When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number and/or social security number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the Secure Socket Layers (SSLs)encryption software. While on a secure page, such as our order form, a lock icon appears on the bottom of your Web browser. When you are not on a secure page, no lock icon will appear.
